How to activate a Patient Account?

  • Go to the left side menu and select the “Manage Patients” icon.
  • Scroll down to find the inactive accounts.
  • Find the account you want to activate and click the “Activate” button on the right.
  • You can also deactivate accounts using the same process.
  • Alternatively, click on the “Organization” in the top right menu. 
  • Scroll down to view the Members List and find the In-Clinic Patient list.
  • Tick the option “Show inactive members”, and the inactive accounts will immediately show up in the respective lists.
  • Find the account you want to activate and click the “Activate” button on the right.
