Skip to content
- Go to the left side menu and select the “Manage Patients” icon.
- Scroll down to find the inactive accounts.
- Find the account you want to activate and click the “Activate” button on the right.
- You can also deactivate accounts using the same process.
- Alternatively, click on the “Organization” in the top right menu.
- Scroll down to view the Members List and find the In-Clinic Patient list.
- Tick the option “Show inactive members”, and the inactive accounts will immediately show up in the respective lists.
- Find the account you want to activate and click the “Activate” button on the right.
