- Go to the Managed Accounts page, either by clicking on the “Manage Patient Accounts” button in the top right corner or clicking on the “Manage Patients” icon on the side menu.
- Then, click on “Edit” to be able to edit the Patient Account.
- Click on the “Add Identification Image” button.
- Allow the automatic process to scan your patient’s face.
- Once the scan is completed, simply accept.
