The more the patient engages in therapy, through games, exercises or assessments, the more rewards they receive. As soon as the patient reaches a milestone on the time bar, they get a notification about the rewards received.
- In a patient’s account, click on the bell to view the notifications received.
- To claim these rewards, go to the “Rewards” icon in the left side menu.
- Then, click on the “Claim Reward” button for each reward received.
- This short video will play, celebrating your progress and informing you about the diamonds and the experience received.
- Then, at the top right corner you will see the updated experience and diamonds collected.
