Go to the Managed Accounts page, either by clicking on the “Manage Patient Accounts” button in the top right corner or by clicking on the “Manage Patients” icon on the side menu.
Then, find the desired patient and click on the “Appointments” button.
There you can set all the details of the appointment, such as duration, type and Provider (Therapist) name.
Then, click on the desired date and time, and the appointment will appear in the calendar. You can easily move it to another day or time.
When clicking on the appointment, a pop up will appear, so you can modify the details or note that the Patient didn’t show or cancelled.
