How to set appointments with Patients?

  • Go to the Managed Accounts page, either by clicking on the “Manage Patient Accounts” button in the top right corner or by clicking on the “Manage Patients” icon on the side menu.
  • Then, find the desired patient and click on the “Appointments” button.
  • There you can set all the details of the appointment, such as duration, type and Provider (Therapist) name. 
  • Then, click on the desired date and time, and the appointment will appear in the calendar. You can easily move it to another day or time.
  • When clicking on the appointment, a pop up will appear, so you can modify the details or note that the Patient didn’t show or cancelled.
