- Go to your account profile as a therapist and navigate to “Manage Patient Accounts.”
- Select your patient from the list and click on “Edit.”
- Click on “Add Identification Image.”
- Allow the automatic process to scan your patient’s face.
- Once the scan is complete, simply accept.
